me and color: things around me

the first one is my favorite pillow case at the moment. Recycled of

two vintage dresses that I found last weekend. The second is

my favorite pendant at the moment that I found at my regular

flea market visit last month and the last one is my laptop bag

this week. I bought her at a garage sale for a dollar!

So, what's your plan this weekend? I'm going to go out of town

with that sweet punk boy of mine for my birthday. Yay!

me and collage: an old poetry book

I named her Lili. I made her out of an old thick notebook. At that
time I don't even know that these things called collage. I think I
slowly making her since 2000 starts with either written a poem
first or put the pictures first. I haven't been putting a new piece
on Lili for a year now although I'm still writing lots of poetry and
lyrics in my laptop named Daphne Descend. Yes, I named my
fave stuff. Don't you do the same sometime too?

Lili is more like a diary to me. Therefore I have been really picky
on whom that I share her with. Apart from my poetry, I also put
some poetry that my little sister or some long distance girlfriends
sent me, some poetry or lyrics from others that I like and

of course sometimes just for the sake of putting some lines that

I like with pictures on them. Now I'm thinking of making them

into art prints for my bed room. Hmmm....

me and collection: vintage song books!

I found these song books at this tiny second hand book shop

near the previous music corner of my lover. The seller is

a good friend of his and he has definitely an interesting

curator for his shop. Everytime he sees me he will always

smile and call me out waving some books that he knows

will excites me. Haha!

They are from 1950s and the insides and back covers also
pictures with those Hollywood stars from those era. The size
of each of this book is A5 and really thin. I'm so lucky to find
them seven of them still in a perfect vintage condition. Yay!

My mega crafty girlfriend of mine, Miss Sunya Raw, just

Me and collage: a new collaboration piece!

email me on how interestingly similar our collage style is and
she comes up with a collaboration idea.
So we send each other's papers.
This is my first piece for our collaborations.
I called this piece Midnight Museum.
I use Indonesian ciggarettes and bubble paste product packs.
