This piece is for a friend's online music magazine.
They started it as a free printed newsletter and
consider really essensial reading for those that
loves alternative and independent music in Indonesia.
And I'm so happy to know that they love it
and might even turn this into a mug too! Yay!
Kolase ini dibuat atas permintaan dua orang
teman yang memiliki sebuah majalah musik
online di Jakarta. Mereka mengawalinya dengan
membuat newsletter musik gratisan dan sekarang
sudah sangat diperhitungkan keberadaannya.
Saya senang sekali ternyata mereka menyukainya
dan konon kabarnya mau dibuat menjadi mug juga!

me and craft : recycle totes
I found these pictures this morning inside my
fabric folder and I suddenly missed them.
Those who knows me can tell how crazy
about tote bags I am.So, a couple of years
ago I start to design them also.
All of them are sold already and I used to
embelish them with pom poms, laces
and other embellishments. It's time to make
more I guessed, one should never have enough
totes, right?

Sunny Sunday
I think this is hottest Sunday I have ever had
in Ubud so far. It's good that we stay at home.
Cooking, reading and singing along and had a
yummy Japanese dinner later on. Oh how's
your Sunday, dear?

me and my etsy: two today, more tomorrow
What so special about this series is that I
use handmade Balinese recycle papers!
They are not only rich with texture and
motifs but also comes in bronze, silver
and matte gold! Wow!
They are available today at my shop as
small originals and wait for more pieces
of course;)

me and environment : a recycle packaging
I always doing that late and not good enough. But I love to try
new things out, I love the whole process and seeing if an idea
could meet my expectation or not. Just like this one.
These are made of paper scraps that I used to make my collages
with. Plus a sticker with my logo on it, it's definitely do the job
at the moment. And one more thing, those pouches turned out
to sell really well lately. Woot!

me and collage : a custom order!

Those two Landor Ladies at my office suddenly came to
me last night for a farewell present order for one of their
designer friend. Fortunately I have this one recycled
sketchbook that I still haven't got the chance to decorate
to be put at my friend's shop.
And as a wrapper I put it inside a vintage fabric pouch.
What do you think, peeps? Thank you so much to my
Landor Ladies for the order. Yay!

(Way too) Sunny Sunday

morning I couldn't barely see anything around me but I am glad
to know most of my photos were turned out gorgeous because
of the shining sun. First, I went to see my good friend's mom.
She's a journalist and a writer, she knits and also make rag dolls.
Her name is Maggie. She plans to start using tote bags for
shopping around her house therefore I bring her some
of my totes made of oil cloth, rice sacks and fabrics.
And she bought like six of them! Oh my!
Thank you so much Maggie, a lady with the love of elephant:)

me and that punk boy
of boredom and garbage in our house.
He always been very crafty but at the
same time after making some stuff then he stops
and never made them again. So I guessed this bunch
will stay this small until he gets inspired again.
I will show you a pair of socks dolls that he made
on us sometime soon. Very quirky!
